Returns & Refunds

We strive to meet your expectations while honoring the creative process that goes into every piece. Because each item is made by hand, our policy does not include refunds.

Deposits are non-refundable, but if you decide to cancel your order for any reason, we’ll gladly offer you blown glass of your choice equal in value to your deposit.

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged (our packing crew is top-notch, but things happen!), you can choose either a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer.

We appreciate your understanding, and we’re here to help.
Exchanges for other products must be requested within 10 days of receiving your order.
Custom Orders & Timelines

Most of our work is made to order. We’ll give you a clear timeline before we start, and keep you posted as your piece takes shape.
Need something by a specific date? Let us know early — we do our best to accommodate.
Care & Installation
Many of our pieces include guidance for care, cleaning, and installation. If you're unsure about how to hang, mount, or maintain your glass, just ask. We’re happy to help you or your contractor ensure a smooth install.

Shipping & Handling

We ship most pieces via insured UPS Ground, unless you request a different carrier or faster delivery. Need it in a hurry? 2-day, 3-day, or overnight options are available — just let us know what works best for you.

Shipping costs are based on actual rates, with a 3–5% materials & handling fee added to cover careful packaging and prep.

For custom orders, please allow extra time depending on the complexity of the piece. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
