Payment:
Visa,
Mastercard, Discover, American Express, money orders, personal
checks and cashiers checks.
Availability: Usually,
orders for items currently "in stock" can be shipped
within one to two weeks. Our "in stock" inventory changes
constantly. We will, however, do our very best to accommodate your
needs. Art work not "in stock" may take a few weeks more.
Be sure and call, sometimes we can work in last minute requests.
Returns
Policy: We will gladly exchange pieces
that are shipped back to us in the same condition they left our
studio for anything else of your choosing, within a reasonable amount
of time. Sorry, our financial structure does not allow for refunds.
Shipping: Customer
pays shipping. Pieces are shipped UPS, Ground Track, unless
otherwise requested. All contents are insured. A 3% - 5% materials
& handling fee is added to actual shipping costs.
2nd day, 3rd day delivery,
overnight etc., are available at customers request.
